Refund Policy for Pack Battle Baddiez

Thank you for choosing Pack Battle Baddiez for your LIVE Pokémon Rip & Ship experience. We aim to provide an exciting, transparent, and community-focused environment for all customers. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


LIVE Stream Pack Opening

All packs purchased from Pack Battle Baddiez are opened live on stream by default as part of the Rip & Ship experience.

If you would like your pack to remain sealed and unopened, you must notify us in the 'Checkout Notes' before your pack is opened on stream. Once opening has begun, the order is considered fulfilled.


Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

Once a pack has been opened on LIVE stream, the contents are considered handled and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • All trading cards pulled during LIVE openings
  • All products opened as part of the Rip & Ship process
  • Products opened during special events, promotions, or giveaways


Non-Exchangeable

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectable products, we do not offer exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

All sales are final once packs are opened.


Change of Mind & Order Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a pack has been opened.

If you wish to cancel an order before it is opened, we can offer one of the following options:

Option 1 - Store Credit

A Pack Battle Baddiez store credit for the full purchase amount.

Option 2 - Refund (less processing fees)

A refund minus non-recoverable payment processing fees:

  • 5% for PayPal Payments
  • 10% for Shopify Payments

Refunds are only available if the request is made before the pack is opened on stream.


Refund Policy Agreement

By making a purchase from Pack Battle Baddiez, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy before completing a purchase.
